About this home
This Positano vacation rental is a characteristic independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From the property you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline. The vacation rental is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms it is available) and winter heating.
You will be in the center of Positano, a few steps from restaurants, the shops, the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus and the beach. You will reach the property from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at this property, if you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 400 meters (440 yards), free of charge in a reserved parking space.
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a sandy beach, which offers a changing room and a toilet. You will reach it from the street level going down a walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 180 stairway steps. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and deck chairs. The access to the sea is shared with the owners.
The terrace is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
The ceiling of the living room is high and vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. They include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
