About this home
Presenting this impressive elegant eighteenth-century residence with lots of space and allows for four guests. Enjoy magnificent sea views and a spacious terrace. Unlike many historical residences, this accommodation enjoys air conditioning and winter heating. Located within the chic and much sought after the historic center of Positano, where you will find the finest restaurants, shops along with the stop for the SITA bus which will take you back and forth to the village and the beach.
The massive, 320 square feet terrace is partly shaded by a pergola and is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. A euro summer kitchen is on the terrace which is where you will be spending most of your family gathering time. This area is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator, an Italian-style coffee-maker, and a grill. From the terrace, you will enjoy world-class sea and Positano views.
The living room is palatial with precious inlaid tiles, elegant and refined, and include some furnishings and some collectible antique pieces. Along with comfortable furnishings, you will enjoy satellite television. From the living room, you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea. The room is equipped with an air conditioning unit.
The frescoed ceilings are nothing sort of stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator, freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster, and other small appliances.
The bedroom enjoys a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
