About this home
Villa Ermione is an elegant and welcoming three-story historical villa which dates back to the first half of the nineteenth century, at a short distance from the center. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Ermione you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Mediterranean sea, of the coast of Amalfi and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Villa Ermione is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden and a reserved outdoor area.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, at a short distance from the center of Ravello. You will find the closest restaurant, shops at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Castiglione di Ravello beach) at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Villa Ermione from the parking area going up a 300-meters (985-feet) public walkway that cuts through the historic centre and includes approximately 180 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ermione. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees and by citrus trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Maiori, of Minori and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon .
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two small wood sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with an enchanting view of the sea through a French door. The room also has three windows with a view of the garden and of the sea.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden with a view of the garden.
