This is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps seven people. From this residence you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. It is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) and it features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach this villa from the street level going down a short public route that includes approximately 75 stairway steps.

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed bougainvillea pergola and by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.

It is equipped with a sun lounger. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the coastline.

The living room is paved with majolica tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
