About this home
This Praiano Vacation Rental is a characteristic and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From the property you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The property is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 350 stairway steps. You will reach the property from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 127 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at this property. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
The terrace is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the main entrance hall. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the small Li Galli islands.
The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. You will be able to reach it from the terrace climbing three steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will have a partial view of the sea.
You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed with a trundle bed to sleep two guests. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television, a CD player and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
