About this home
This is a characteristic Praiano vacation apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps four people. From the property you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. The property is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private see-view terrace, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach the property from the street level along a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that includes approximately 38 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at the property, if you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. They include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area.
