About this home
Presenting this beautifully appointed multi-level modern beach vacation home away from home. The stylish yet comfortable interior will ensure your vacationing comfort. One of the homes special features is the roof top vantage point with its magnificent ocean views. A contemporary residence located a short two block walk to the beach and one block from our amazing fine dining ands casual restaurants.
The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with four bathrooms and the primary bedroom has a King size bed, walk in closet, exquisite bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity sinks. There is a smart TV, cable and an outdoor paver patio with comfortable seating, to enjoy our gorgeous year-round sunshine.
The first guest bedroom on the ground floor features 2 Queen size bunk beds with an additional twin trundle on the bottom bed. There is a flat screen Smart TV with cable. The bathroom has a separate bathtub, walk in shower and single basin.
A work desk with hard wired Ethernet and dual screens to hook up your laptop will be great when you have to combine work with pleasure and you need to attend those zoom meetings.
A gourmet kitchen enjoys new appliances, and all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your vacation. There is a breakfast bar and a formal dining area. The stylish modern living room leads out to the outdoor patio area. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and fridge. For your added convenience enjoy laundry facilities.
On the third floor you will find a Smart TV, Peloton, a selection of weights, a workout bench, and a full-sized bathroom with walk in shower. There is another work desk with Ethernet on this level. The Roof top deck offers an array of amenities including a large sectional conversation set centered around a fire pit, large dining table for 8, high top table over looking the ocean, and 2 loungers for sun bathing with amazing ocean views.
There is a carport that would fit a small compact car but for all larger vehicles there is plenty of street parking right outside and around the property.
