Introducing this luxury three story beach accommodation tucked-away o on a private street in upscale Del Mar. Boasting a fully equipped chef's kitchen, modern coastal interior furnishings and design, and multiple outdoor living spaces paired with sunset views Located three houses away from the ocean, this home is within walking distance to three fantastic surf spots as well as an array of fine dining and shopping. . Check out an array of shops and eateries, or pack a picnic and head to a local park. The famous Del Mar racetrack is also just a 6-minute drive from home. The living areas are beautifully appointed and furnished smart TV in the main living room. The gas fireplace adds a warm ambience.A full-size sleeper sofa and smart TV in the media room is the perfect spot for apres beach family fun. Occupying the entire top floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed and a private deck and seating. and ocean views. The second bedroom is also well appointed with a private fenced patio with seating for two. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The front patio, where you can dine alfresco at an umbrella-shaded table and enjoys the gas fire pit.
