On the first level of living, you will find a kitchen with hardwood cabinets and granite countertops. The dining space contains a 6-person bar top dining area, as well as a small dining table for 3 people. This floor also contains the master bedroom with a king bed and En Suite bathroom. This master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and a spiral staircase with direct access to the pool. There is a 1/2 bath and a washer and dryer, on this floor as well.

On the second level of living, you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms, both of which have En Suite bathrooms. Bedroom 2 features a King Bed, and bedroom 3 features 2 - Full over Full Bunk Beds.
