About this home
This villa is a cozy two-story apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From the Villa you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. The villa is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), the stop for the SITA bus at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina Grande of Sorrento Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach the villa from the parking area going down approximately 30 stairway steps.
For a successful stay here we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs, as well as with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance.
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
