If you are looking for a villa with a stunning view of Capri and the Gulf of Naples, this retreat is the perfect choice for you. This villa is located in Santa Maria Annunziata, a beautiful and peaceful village in the most authentic part of the Sorrentine peninsula, where you can enjoy the rocky scenery and the local culture.
From this villa, you can easily reach the charming town of Sorrento, only 10 km away, and explore the historic and cultural attractions of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, and Naples. You can also visit the amazing Amalfi Coast, just 18 km away.
The villa has four floors and offers spacious and comfortable rooms. On the entrance floor, you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD player, and internet access router mobile 4G (the connection might be not always fast due to the area and the thick walls).
On the lower floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. There is also another living room and a bathroom.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with TV and ensuite bathrooms with Jacuzzi and shower. The bedrooms have air-conditioning (portable air conditioners).
