About this home
Originally built in the 1880s, this sunny escape has been recently updated for the 21st century. Situated on a large, landscaped corner lot, the home offers prime central access to Old Town sites and attractions. Funky and vibrant Vilano Beach is less than two miles away. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of residential living while staying close to town, with some great local shops and restaurants within walking distance of home.
Divided into upper and lower apartments, each space comes fully furnished for standalone living. A full kitchen and a private washer/dryer on each floor provide ultimate flexibility for separate families or groups traveling together. An 80-inch TV sets the stage for family movie nights in the lower-level living area, and the upstairs living area also comes equipped with a TV of its own for added convenience.
