We have been warmly welcoming visitors to our area for over two decades, continuously enhancing our reputation as the area's premier accommodation provider. Our goal is simple: To ensure that you enjoy a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience, and hopefully return year after year. When you check in should you need assistance with housekeeping, service, or just recommendations for dining options, our dedicated team is just a phone call away! This renovated 6-bedroom duplex is situated right on A1A, across from the sand and water, just 100 steps from the beach access! The pool surrounded by two lounge areas, 1 covered and 1 uncovered, has its own bar and grilling area, plus a dining table and chairs to boot! Enjoy your coffee in the shade, a drink in the sun, fire up the pit at night and turn on the string lights! Cool off in the outdoor shower. Linens and towels are included! BOAT LOVER'S DREAM: Soak it all in! Bring along your boat and jet skis! Park them in the driveway and then launch them at the public launch right at the end of the block!! Couldn't be any more convenient! This 6/4 is a duplex. The entire place is included in the rental. You will have both sides all to yourself. THE LAYOUT: This beach home has a solid 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom layout. Unit A: The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. Master Bathroom: Has a walk-in shower and double vanity as well as a large walk-in closet. 1st Guest bedroom has a comfy Queen-size bed. 2nd Guest Bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed. 3rd Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed as well. Guest Bathroom 1: Between the 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms, in the hallway. Has a shower/tub combo. Guest Bathroom 2: In the hallway near the living area and 3rd guest bedroom. Has a walk-in shower. Bathrooms are outfitted with 2 rolls of toilet paper each. Unit B: 1st Guest bedroom boasts a comfy Queen-size bed. 2nd Guest Bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed. Guest Bathroom 1: Between the two bedrooms, off of the main living area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washer/dryer. Bathrooms are outfitted with 2 rolls of toilet paper each. OPEN LIVING: The kitchens are situated adjacent to the living and dining areas so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags, and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. LAUNDRY FACILITIES: We offer a washer and dryer in each unit, starter laundry pods, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 17-20 minute drive north on A1A is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. This home is situated across the street from the beach walkover on the other side of A1A which we can guide you to after booking confirmation. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses to park and walk on. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals are available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations. Guest Access Entire space of this 6/4 duplex, pool deck and driveway is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Pool and spa heat is offered at a nominal fee. Only the spa can be heated from November 1 through February 29. Pool and spa heat is available March 1 to October 31. The spa and pool cannot both be heated at the same time, only one or the other can be heated at a time (so if the pool is heating, the spa cannot be heated and vice versa). The pool can not be heated when outdoor temps are under 55 degrees. For your security and the security of the property, there are cameras located throughout the exterior only areas of the home. There are no interior cameras on the property. Neighborhood Crescent Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community. The boat ramp is right at the end of the street. Bring your boat and jet skis along and drop them in just half a block away!! Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate. A close and convenience restaurant a few minutes drive north is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos!
