This villa offers everything you’d hope for when you imagine a Caribbean getaway—palm trees, surf and sand. Sitting directly on the beach of Anse des Cayes (just 10 minutes from the airport), this is one of our top waterfront St Barts villas. Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Barts is known for luxury, celebrity spotting and its appeal for being both private and prestigious.
Cool off on hot days by taking a dip in the infinity pool, set atop a small hill overlooking the ocean and flanked by swaying palm trees. Just behind it you’ll find a shaded terrace with loungers and an alfresco dining area. You can also relax on sun chairs on the sand and listen to the waves softly roll into the shore. A daily housekeeping service (except Sundays and holidays) helps keep the villa tidy.
Inside, the living room features a vaulted ceiling and a plush, L-shaped sofa; it also opens up to the terrace, allowing lots of natural light to pour in. A small desk area is found here if you need to get some work done. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen boasts an espresso machine, microwave and dishwasher.
This cottage’s two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to four guests (children are welcome here). Both rooms feature queen-sized beds, air conditioning, mosquito nets and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The master suite includes a safe as well as a view of the beach, while the guest suite looks out to the garden.
Why not try surfing or boogie boarding? The beach the villa sits on (Anse des Cayes) is known for its ideal surf conditions. When you’re ready to do some off-site exploring, the island’s capital, Gustavia, is just 10 minutes away. Here you’ll find attractions, high-end boutiques and top-notch restaurants.
