About this home
Offering dramatic island and bay views, this private villa on the hillside of St. Jean has been newly renovated and is one of our top St. Barts villas. The island of St. Barts is an unspoiled tropical retreat offering a multitude of white sandy beaches, as well as plenty of luxury spas and upscale shopping.
Framed on either side by high fences and tropical gardens, you can feel at ease while resting on the large terrace in complete privacy. Offering panoramic island and bay views, the wooden patio includes plenty of outdoor furnishings including adjustable lounge chairs. The 30 foot infinity edge pool sits in the center of the deck and is an ideal way to cool down on hot day. Meanwhile, the cozy outdoor table is a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee courtesy of the espresso machine.
The inside of the villa is done mostly in neutral colors with contemporary furnishings, dramatic lighting and natural light from oversized windows and doors. There is plenty of space to relax in the air conditioned living room that opens up to the patio and features a widescreen television. Whip up a home cooked meal in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with grey countertops and stainless steel appliances, it also includes a breakfast bar.
Comfortably sleeping up to nine guests, each of the villa’s five bedrooms features a private en-suite bathroom, stunning ocean views, air conditioning and flatscreen televisions. An added feature is the soaring ceilings in each of the queen-sized bedrooms.
An easy three minute walk will bring you to the lovely St. Jean beach, a hot spot for water activities as well as the many boutiques and restaurants that sit along its white sandy beach. Meanwhile, the picturesque town of Gustavia is just a 3.7 km drive away. Here you’ll find more boutique shopping, amazing spa services and sightseeing opportunities.
