And you could throw a rock into the ocean from the rear deck — underhand. The three bedroom upstairs and one on the lower level are furnished with king beds, walk-in closets, huge private bathrooms and ocean views. Massive furnished balconies look out on the crashing waves on the exclusive southern end of Flamingo Beach. The huge terrace downstairs features a private infinity pool, covered outdoor dining for eight, lots of patio furniture and a large barbecue. The chef quality kitchen has black granite countertops, a giant refrigerator and a granite island with a six-burner stove, and the stone dining table seats eight. There’s a two-car garage, a laundry room and maid’s quarters, and the house comes with a full-time maid and 24/7 security. FLAMINGO: Flamingo is one of the most exclusive beach towns in all of Costa Rica, Flamingo features two resort-rich peninsulas and two golden beaches,Potrero and Flamingo. It has a walkable, modern downtown with local and fine dining restaurants, shops and other attractions. Flamingo is less than an hour from the international airport in Liberia. From here, it’s a short drive to a string of secluded beaches, and also to grocery stores, medical clinics, banks and gas stations. A short distance away, you can also go ziplining, horseback riding, cycling, hiking or birdwatching, visit a wildlife rescue center or explore a volcano.
