The three bedroom upstairs and one on the lower level are furnished with king beds, walk-in closets, huge private bathrooms and ocean views. Massive furnished balconies look out on the crashing waves on the exclusive southern end of Flamingo Beach. The huge terrace downstairs features a private infinity pool, covered outdoor dining for eight, lots of patio furniture and a large barbecue.

The chef quality kitchen has black granite countertops, a giant refrigerator and a granite island with a six-burner stove, and the stone dining table seats eight.
