About this home
This magnificent Townhome has an open living area extends from the amazing kitchen and dining area through the large bi-fold door to a balcony overlooking our magnificent beach. The modern fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped and features high end appliances, and granite counter tops. The newly remodeled two level home enjoys a balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Living room, dining area, kitchen, a half bath as well as a bright office area with a desk are on the main level. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom attached and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. The second balcony is off the primary bedroom. Parking is available for 1 car underneath the building or in one of the guest parking spots on property, first come first serve. A sparkling shared pool is just a few steps away. If you have a larger group up to 12 people, please contact our office as we have a home adjacent to this town home.
