About this home
This home is one indulgence that you’ll never regret! Yield to your whims and spoil yourself in this spacious ocean view home featuring four bedrooms and a beautiful private saltwater swimming pool. Located across the street from the beach, the newly renovated pool and pool deck offer a wonderful oasis after spending the day playing in the sand and surf. The spacious elevated deck offers incredible views towards the ocean with all new deck furniture, which is top of the line in regard to quality and comfort. The entire exterior has been enhanced with no detail missed, including a brand-new driveway!
If you thought the exterior will leave you pampered and refreshed, just wait until you see the interior. With four bedroom and four full baths, it will easily accommodate up to ten guests! Another wonderful feature is the two living spaces. Both upstairs and down feature living areas allowing the kids to watch the latest Disney movie on one level and you to catch the game on the other. The first level living area features sliding glass doors offering deck access and look out across the landscaped yard towards the beach. The spacious kitchen is full of light, thanks to large picture windows that also offer views of the Atlantic Ocean. The dining room seats up to ten guests at one table, and four more at an additional smaller table. The fully equipped kitchen has a wrap-around counter with a breakfast bar which seats up to three guests. Large decks run the length of the first floor and are a great place to enjoy the abundant sunshine.
