About this home
This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is just 175 yards from the beach. The charming beach house features two separate living areas and a spacious screened porch. Outside, you'll find a stunning backyard oasis with a new pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing.
On the first floor, there's a large living area with a 50-inch TV and Blu-ray player. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and the dining area seats eight. A separate den with a large flat-screen TV and a comfy sofa adjoins the screened porch. This floor also includes three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a full/full bunk system, and one with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom and a half bath off the den. The open living spaces provide plenty of room to spread out, and there's a sleeper sofa in the den.
The second floor features a master suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. An adjoining loft with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a sofa, and a seating area opens onto the second-floor covered deck.
The backyard offers an amazing pool and hot tub with ample deck space for enjoying summer nights. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, depending on outside temperatures. Beach access is just around the corner, and downtown Charleston is a 20-minute drive away, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.
