Welcome to this serene and luxurious seven-bedroom beachfront villa located on Jamaica’s breathtaking north coast in Montego Bay. It offers a peaceful escape on a spectacular 6,300-square-foot estate set beside the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by one acre of beautifully landscaped gardens, the property features year-round blooming flowers that attract hummingbirds and parrots. Mango, guava, banana, lime, papaya, soursop, and other tropical fruit trees fill the lush grounds, creating the feeling of a private garden paradise. A charming stone path winds through the greenery, leading you directly to the villa’s beach, just steps away.

This beachfront villa is perfect for families or groups of friends, with a wide, sweeping shoreline and shallow waters that are safe for children and ideal for relaxing swims. Just 100 yards offshore lies Holden’s Reef, part of Jamaica’s vibrant barrier reef system. Kayak out to the reef and snorkel among colorful fish and coral in shallow, crystal-clear water. For more adventurous guests, the deeper waters offer exciting scuba diving opportunities.

The villa entrance sets the tone for the experience, guiding you past a tranquil indoor waterfall garden into the spacious Great Room. This central living space opens onto a covered veranda that is both breezy and beautifully furnished. Guests can enjoy meals served by the butler on the veranda, in the formal indoor dining room, or for a more romantic setting, in the beachfront gazebo by candlelight. From this peaceful spot, you may even spot local fishermen gliding past as they lay their nets. Their fresh catch often appears on your breakfast or dinner table, prepared by your private chef the following day.

The villa’s primary suite is located at the east end of the veranda, with French doors that open onto a covered porch where your morning coffee is placed daily. A second master bedroom, recently added, features mahogany louvered doors and views of the sea through the manicured lawn. Two additional bedrooms are located on the west side of the villa, while the fifth and sixth bedrooms, including one ideal for children, are in the charming Beach Cottage set near the water’s edge.

Guests also have access to a shared tennis court and basketball hoop, located between this villa and its neighboring sister property. For larger groups, both villas can be rented together to create a ten-bedroom compound with two pools, a long stretch of private beach, tennis court, and a team of ten professional staff. The properties are completely private and very family-friendly.

There are a few friendly resident dogs. They are well-behaved and cared for by the staff, and while not allowed indoors or on the veranda, they are often seen playing on the beach or joining guests for a run along the shore.

Bedroom 3: Optional king-size or twin beds. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and wonderful second very private shower in the outdoor walled garden. French doors open from the bedroom to the veranda

Bedroom 4: King-size bed; ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. French doors to private patio, grounds and tennis court

Bedrooms 5 & 6: Designed as the owners’ private quarters, this is an exquisite 2-story cottage next to the sea. Downstairs are the living room, kitchen with microwave, VCR and cable television, sound system, small extra bedroom with queen-size bed, hall bathroom and walk-in shower. The lower level opens to a private terrace on the edge of the beach, where meals are served if only the Beach Cottage is occupied. (If more than two guests are in residence, all meals are served on the main house veranda, although eye-opener coffee and fruit may be served at the Beach Cottage.) Upstairs are the king-size bedroom, over-the-beach balcony with lounges for sunning or star-gazing, and large ensuite marble bath with oversize walk-in shower

Bedroom 7: A new bedroom with bunk beds has been added to the Beach Cottage. The new bedroom is upstairs next to the Primary Bedroom, shares a bathroom and provides another convenient parent-child suite

Your stay is enhanced by an experienced and welcoming staff, including a chef, butler, housekeeper, laundress, and gardener. Chef Danny is especially well-regarded, with formal training in Italy and a background in Italian, Spanish, and Jamaican cuisine. He has served as Head Chef in some of Montego Bay’s finest restaurants and brings both creativity and versatility to every dish. Menus can be customized to your preferences upon request.
