This property is a captivating and spacious family-friendly villa located on the beach in Discovery Bay. Boasting 12,000 square feet of luxurious living space, including expansive patios and deck areas, this villa invites you to bask in its artistic charm with a unique collection of artwork.

The villa features multiple gazebos and thoughtfully arranged furniture groupings, perfect for conversations, relaxation, or admiring the breathtaking sunsets. With 7 bedrooms, each equipped with cable TV, air conditioning, and most with ceiling fans, it offers ultimate comfort. The villa includes a total of nine bathrooms, with one bedroom and bath on the first floor and the rest on the second floor.

Dining at this rental is a delightful experience. Choose to dine at the family’s 250-year-old heirloom table in the formal dining room, seating 14. Alternatively, enjoy meals on the 1,500 square foot covered veranda, which overlooks the pool and offers a stunning sea view. This veranda quickly becomes the heart of the home, ideal for games, reading, or watching the children play in the pool or on the beach.

For those who enjoy staying active, a short walk will lead you to the air-conditioned fitness room, equipped for workouts, music, and exercise videos, as well as a ping pong table. Refresh with a drink from the wet bar before heading to the private tennis court for a game of doubles, or engage in snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding at the beach.
