This fully staffed luxury Jamaican vacation villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 12,000 sq ft of luxury living space. This luxury retreat enjoys a gym, complete with a treadmill, bicycle, weights, and yoga equipment, overlooking the ocean. The amazing atrium is two stories high to capture the tropical breezes and opens straight onto the pool deck. Two water features with lush plants, a koi pond, and a waterfall, are the highlight of the atrium and bring the outdoors in. The atrium area is stunning and furnished with a teak indoor dining table and buffet, complete with a wine cooler, multiple seating areas, and a powder room also located close by. Just off the living area is the TV room with spacious seating and an 80” Smart TV with internet and streaming options. Enjoy access to the games room with tables and chairs set up for board games. This room also has a bar as well as access to the covered outdoor dining/living areas, which are part of our pool deck. A 35-foot pool with heated jacuzzi tub has both lounge and Adirondack style chairs as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dining table set under the almond trees. Stroll from the pool to the sandy beach where there is another jetty that takes you to a second gazebo. The perfect spot for relaxing with a drink and viewing our magnificent Jamaican sunsets.
