The interior radiates chic sophistication, inspired by Italian mid-century design, blending modern and classic elements. Bright tones and abundant natural light create an ideal indoor-outdoor flow. Enjoy features like a pool, spa, fire pit, hammock, bocce set, and a spacious entertainer’s patio perfect for making memories with loved ones. Nearby Activities: Herringbone (seafood), Scripps Beach, La Jolla Shores Park (Beach, Surfing Lessons, Scuba Diving), Caroline’s Seaside Cafe, Wheat and Water (Pizza!), Masala Street (Indian), La Jolla Sea Cave Kayaks (Kayaking through Caves). Home Truths: This home does not have AC. Pool and spa heat are not available, but there is a separate hot tub. Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and extra linens can be provided upon request. Located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance, suitable only for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines. Heat lamps are no longer available at the property. Parking Details: 2 spaces in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and street parking with restrictions on Thursday mornings. This home includes a pack n’ play travel crib. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just ask, and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
