This seven bedroom luxury vacation home has four bedrooms and an adjacent two bedroom residences along with the one bedroom Casita located within the grounds. Collectively this estate enjoys seven bedrooms, three kitchens and six spa quality bathrooms. There is a two car enclosed garage and two outdoor spaces are included.
The multiple outdoor patios and gas grills allows our guests the opportunity to entertain and live, for a short time California style. What makes this home exceptional is the panoramic beach and bay views, with over sixty feet of beachfront access. Lets not forget the rich marble floors, floor to ceiling windows, polished granite and high end custom kitchens. This Villa world class villa includes three full service gourmet kitchens with polished granite counter tops and European hardwood cabinetry. All are equipped with top of the line appliances and are fully equipped.
All of the well equipped bedrooms enjoy high end bedding and linens, and every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and wireless internet access.
