A left turn from the foyer takes you down a short hallway to another king bedroom on the right with a flat-screen TV and French doors to a side patio. A hallway bath with a shower/tub combination and a separate laundry room are also in this hallway.

At the end of the hallway up 14 stairs, is a large “dormitory suite” above the garage. This room has a large flat-screen TV, a closet, an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower, 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a king sofa sleeper, so this area can sleep 10 comfortably.

Return to the downstairs foyer and straight ahead is a dining area that seats 8-10. French doors take you to the outside patio with the fireplace, hot tub, additional seating nooks, and the outside dining area.

To the right of the dining room is a living room with a fireplace, a large seating cluster, 2 additional seating nooks, and access to the outside patio. To the left of the dining room is a modern kitchen with a sub-zero refrigerator and everything you need to create meals and snacks for all. A serene family room, next to the kitchen, has a dining nook for 4, a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all.

Take 18 stair steps up from the entrance/foyer and immediately to your right is a library nook with a queen sofa sleeper. Also, to the right is the king master suite with a private ocean-view patio with a table and high-top chairs, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs – a queen bedroom at the top of the stairs, also with a TV. To the left of the main hallway is the 2nd bedroom with 2 king beds, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination. A 3rd king bedroom at the end of the hallway has a writing desk, flat-screen TV, a seating nook, a peek ocean view and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination.
