This home is meant for rest and relaxation. Even though the home is very centrally located and close to beaches and San Diego’s most popular attractions, you may find that you never want to leave. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic and a private garage and driveway for parking. As you enter the property there is a calming pond with water lilies and a gentle waterfall to set the tone for relaxation. The ground floor features hardwood flooring and a living room with comfortable furnishings and a large HDTV. Just off the living room is a formal dining area with a table and seating up to 6. Off the dining area is an upgraded kitchen, with a breakfast bar and includes a Sub-Zero fridge and Viking appliance package. There is a pass-through bedroom with an en-suite bath adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs there is a large family room with sofas, an HDTV, wet bar, view balcony, pool table and large bay windows that show off the gorgeous vistas. Just off the family room is the Master Suite with an en-suite bath and ocean view along with the three other bedrooms. Step outside and you’ll experience outdoor living at its finest. Just off the living room is a large view deck with a stainless BBQ and lounges; the perfect place grill up your favorite meals and then soak in the sun and enjoy a cool drink with taking in the magnificent views. When you are ready to cool off, there is a deep-water swimming pool with elevated waterfall spa, and kids will love the fun little waterslide. The whole property is fenced in, so this is perfect for having the kids close (but not too close!). In the evenings, you can gather under the covered pergola around the fire pit and share stories of the day’s adventures against a backdrop of the lights of coastal San Diego. All sleeping rooms feature flat screen TV’s and include: a master bedroom with an en-suite bath, king size bed. Bedroom 2 (ground level, pass through) with and en-suite bath with a shower and a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 feature king size beds, and the 5th bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and en-suite bath with tub and shower.
