About this home
Just five minutes from the airport, this roomy Colonial-styled villa is one of our top St. Barts villas. Located on the heights of Anse des Cayes, it boasts bay and island views, and is surrounded by rolling green hills. The island of St. Barts is a perfect getaway for vacationing in the Caribbean thanks to its abundance of beautiful beaches, boutique shopping and some of the Caribbean’s finest restaurants.
Unwind on one of the many sun loungers on the large private deck overlooking the bay and island below. Cool down with a dip in the pool or relax with a good book on the shaded terrace. One of this home’s unique features is the small private beach with extra loungers accessed via a stairwell next to the pool. The villa also offers a dining table on the patio where you can enjoy an intimate alfresco meal.
The interior of the villa features an open concept and an eclectic mix of antique and island-inspired furnishings and accents. The living room boasts comfy leather couches and chairs as well as tropical views through the sliding doors that open up to the terrace. A cozy, fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to whip up a home-cooked meal, as well as a small breakfast table with seating for four.
Up to six guests can easily stay in the villa’s three bedrooms. Each suite has been decorated with antique furnishings and decor, and offers air conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms. Two of the suites boast king-sized beds and ocean views from large sliding doors; the remaining room offers include twin beds.
Spend a day visiting the island’s quaint capital of Gustavia, located just 2.9 km from the villa. Here you’ll find some of the Caribbean’s finest spas, top restaurants and designer boutiques.
