Summer Breeze is a spacious home that offers guests a front-row seat to witness the transcendent colors of the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon—making it one of our must-experience St. Barts villas. Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Barts is known for its excellence in luxury and upscale appeal, as well as its top-notch beaches, restaurants and spas.
Soak in sun and enjoy distant sea views while lounging on modern chaises spread over the two levels of the private terrace. Cool off in the contemporary infinity-edge pool, a work of art in itself, on the edge of the patio. Meanwhile, an outdoor dining table offers the opportunity for casual alfresco dining or a romantic meal for two under the stars.
The interior of the villa features a spacious, open-concept plan, with soaring white walls and a mix of neutral-toned, exotic furnishings. The living room offers plenty of seating with two large sofas, as well as a flatscreen television with a satellite receiver. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped and has extras like an espresso machine, blender and electric barbecue grill.
The villa’s three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The three bedrooms are located within the main home. Two of the suites feature a king-sized bed, and the third includes two twin-sized beds that can be converted into a queen. All bedrooms come with private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
Enjoy a day on the beach at the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon—it’s within walking distance, as well as Marigot beach which is also nearby. For the tennis player, the court of Le Flamboyant is just a short distance from the villa, and a 15 minute drive brings you to the capital, Gustavia, a great town for yacht spotting, boutique shopping and diverse dining.
