About this home
Located in St. Bart's, Colombier Quarter, Casawapa is beautiful hillside estate with soaring views of the Caribbean. This private three-bedroom oasis is a modern-contemporary take on traditional beach house design. With an "L" shaped interior, Casawapa makes the most of its ocean-facing space, maximizing the view, and airy atmosphere. Nearby, you'll find several public beaches, the Port of Gustavia, and the Colombier Beach Trail, a rugged hiking trail leading to a "boat access only" beach.
Casawapa's spacious ocean-facing interior makes it easy to open all of the terrace doors and let the fresh sea breeze and natural sunlight fill the space. Contemporary designer furniture and high-end electronics fill the common space. The kitchen features a social, bar-like, layout making the entire living area highly functional when hosting. Casawapa's two-master bedrooms are located on either side of the villa, ensuring privacy, and making it a great place for couples to go on vacation together.
