Located on the cliff side of Anse des Cayes with gorgeous ocean and island views, Caribbean Breeze offers a spacious interior and offers some of the best bang for your buck of all our St. Barts villas. Home to some of the boutique shopping, unspoiled beaches and affluent visitors, island of St. Barts is a tropical paradise attracting guests from around the globe.
Escape the midday sun under the covered terrace on comfortable patio furniture overlooking views of rustic landscape and the sea ahead. Meanwhile, sun worshippers can spread out on one of the many lounge chairs offered on the pool deck—the pool was renovated and expanded, and now measures 44.3 feet in length. The villa’s large gardens and cliff-side location ensure privacy for you and your guests.
The villa’s interior was recently refreshed and offers Caribbean-inspired decor with a contemporary touch. The main living space is open with neutral-toned tile flooring, colorful furnishings and vaulted, wood ceilings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the all the necessary appliances (including an espresso machine) and sits next to the dining room with large sliding glass doors that open up to the terrace.
Perfect for a family or small group of friends, the home features three bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to six. All the bedrooms are connected to the main living room and each boast private en-suite bathrooms with a shower, air conditioning and king-sized beds. While two of the bedrooms offer garden views, the master bedroom features beautiful sea views.
If you’re looking for a night out, you will love that the villa is conveniently located just five minutes away from the nearest restaurants. Gustavia, the capital of St. Barts, is 10 minutes away and offers additional cuisine as well as high-end designer boutiques, spas and sightseeing.
