Enjoy the Caribbean weather and a unique blend of French and Asian style at Maracuja. With beautiful panoramic views over Grand Cul de Sac, traditional architecture and exotic furnishings, the three-bedroom villa blends varied influences to gorgeous effect. Five beaches within a 8.4 km drive put the island’s famed warm waters at your fingertips.
Surrounded by lush landscaping and ocean views, the villa is unmistakably a tropical retreat. You’ll have a choice of shaded and sunny outdoor sitting and dining areas and enjoy an infinity pool, gas barbecue and outdoor sound system. Keep up with your routine in the private exercise room or flip on the satellite television or DVD player for entertainment.
With vaulted beamed ceilings and an open floor plan, Maracuja feels bright and airy. Rich wood floors anchor an eclectic mix of furnishings, from trad white sofas in the sitting area and cane-backed stools at the breakfast bar to exotic statues and objets from around the world. In addition to the breakfast bar, the fully equipped galley kitchen has a dishwasher, dark wood cabinets and a striking red accent wall.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor of Maracuja and one on the lower floor. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. On the main floor, each bedroom has a king bed and ocean view and opens to the terrace. The downstairs bedroom, perfect for kids, has two twin beds, satellite television and a DVD player.
Thanks to the villa’s location, you can visit a new beach every day of your stay. From Maracuja, it’s about 4.1 km to Petit Cul de Sac Beach and Nikki Beach, about 4.3 km to St. Jean Beach and Saline Beach and just over 8.4 km to Gouverneur Beach. The island’s Gustaf III Airport is a convenient 5.5 km drive from the villa, and you’ll find shopping and dining in downtown Gustavia, 8.1 km away.
