About this home
This modern home, located just 10 minutes from the airport, offers a spacious retreat for a memorable island holiday—it’s one of our top St Barts villa rentals. It’s situated in Marigot and offers views of the bay and the hill of Mont Jean. This sunny island is known for being an unspoiled tropical paradise, attracting the rich and famous from around the world.
One of this villa’s best features is its large swimming pool—it overlooks the sea and is surrounded by a sun deck. Relax with a cool drink and a good book on one of the sofas in the open-air cabana. The terrace also features an alfresco dining area and a gas grill for a casual barbecue dinner, while inside perks include satellite television and a daily housekeeping service (except Sundays and holidays).
The home’s interior boasts a contemporary, tranquil ambiance with white, cream and brown furnishings. The expansive living room features multiple sofas, a vaulted ceiling and opens up to the terrace. The kitchen is fully stocked with major appliances, including an espresso machine and a dishwasher. Enjoy a morning coffee at the breakfast bar.
Up to six guests (children over 10 years are welcome) can sleep comfortably in this home. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean and have a private terrace, as well as king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, fans, Televisions and DVD players.
