About this home
This new, contemporary home on the hillside of Lurin has been beautifully designed inside and out and offers stunning ocean views from its large terrace, making it one of our must-see St. Barts villas. Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Barts is known for luxury, celebrity spotting and its appeal for being both private and prestigious.
Let your worries melt away as you enjoy majestic ocean views from the cool waters of the infinity-edge pool, a swim-up gazebo with shaded seating extends into the pool when you’re ready to dry off. Later, choose from one of the many stylish loungers spread throughout the wooden terrace and relax in the sun. In the evening, grab a cocktail and take in a tropical sunset from the privacy of the terrace.
The living area is fully air-conditioned and includes features like indirect lighting, contemporary furnishings and light hardwood flooring. Nearby, the dining room offers direct access to the terrace and a large white table that easily seats up to 10. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with appliances large and small as well as a breakfast bar.
Up to six guests can stay in the home’s three spacious bedrooms—two are found on the second floor and one sits on the main level. The two king-sized bedrooms on the upper level each feature a private balcony and ocean views, while the lower-level suite also boasts a king-sized, and is adjacent to the pool and terrace.
The villa is conveniently located just three minutes from the capital town, Gustavia. Here you can enjoy plenty of high-end boutiques and diverse cuisine. The beautiful Shell Beach is nearby the town and offers a great spot to collect seashells or to just enjoy some time on the white sand.
